Summary
Fever is hiring a Regional Manager based in its Madrid office to lead the development and delivery of original live events across Spain and Portugal. The role covers team leadership, regional P&L, partner negotiations and expanding events into other markets.
What you will do
- Build and manage a regional team of project managers, producers and location scouts
- Own the regional P&L and set strategy to grow sales and event quality
- Manage major local partners and negotiate and close business deals
- Audit team performance and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly results
- Represent Fever at local events and support scaling of experiences to other cities
Requirements
- 10+ years in project management, startup or consulting roles
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Large team management experience and strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience managing complex projects and building relationships with C-level executives
- MBA from a top-tier school preferred
