Senior Account/Event Manager, Live Golf Events

Overview

This senior role at the Orpington office leads the delivery of branding, signage and temporary event structures for live golf events. It combines client account management with operational planning from concept through to on-site delivery across the UK, Europe and further afield.

What you'll do

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and oversee overall project delivery.
• Prepare project and signage programmes, budgets and documentation, with delivery plans built around client deadlines.
• Plan complex logistics in advance and coordinate with studio, production and logistics teams.
• Manage on-site crews and direct and develop team members.
• Track contract terms and KPIs, and oversee budgets, pricing and margins alongside senior leaders.
• Enforce health and safety processes and work with the health and safety manager on documentation.

What you need

• Experience managing the design, production and installation of large temporary structures such as grandstands, marquees and scaffolding; golf events preferred.
• Strong project management across operational planning and delivery under tight timeframes.
• Skilled in relationship management, negotiation and influencing decisions.
• Confident leading budgets and cost control.
• Willingness to travel and spend extended periods away from home, potentially several weeks at a time.

Schedule

Some unsociable hours, including weekend work, may be needed to deliver projects.
