Overview
LA28 is recruiting a senior manager to lead food and beverage operations across a cluster of venues for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role sets operating standards, plans operational requirements with event management and vendors, and is based onsite in Los Angeles.
What you'll do
- Partner with the food and beverage team to plan and deliver operational requirements for the Games
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep food and beverage delivery on schedule and to standard
- Build and maintain strong teammate relationships that keep venue operations running smoothly
What you need
- Seven or more years in food and beverage operations within venue, stadium or major live-event settings
- Proven record running multi-site food and beverage operations safely and at significant scale
- Strong operational planning to set standards, service levels and staffing across concurrent venue teams
- Effective collaboration with vendors, event management partners and cross-functional teams across the Games programme
- Clear, team-first communication that keeps teams aligned under demanding conditions
