Supply Lead

Overview

Togather is recruiting a senior Supply Lead in London to manage its food and drink supplier base across the Marketplace and Live services. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and focuses on supplier growth and retention for festival, stadium and private event accounts. It is a hybrid position with three days per week in the office.

What you'll do

• Oversee the supplier base across the Marketplace and Live, covering strategy, growth, quality and commercial returns.
• Set supply targets and track base health, reporting to senior leadership.
• Increase the number of active suppliers and their earnings through a curated, well-managed base.
• Build supplier coverage beyond London and the South East for private events and stadiums.
• Lead key supplier partnerships and creative food concepts for top-tier festivals.
• Manage major suppliers as key accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
• Lead the supply team and introduce AI-supported onboarding, vetting and compliance.

What you need

• Senior experience in supply, partnerships or commercial leadership, ideally in food and beverage, hospitality, events or marketplaces.
• An established food and beverage network and a strong eye for quality and creative concepts.
• A proven record of winning and keeping tier-one accounts.
• Calm, organised leadership during periods of fast growth.
