Overview
Togather's Live team is recruiting a Creative Production Lead to build a dedicated creative production capability for large public events. The role takes creative briefs through design, budgeting and supplier tendering to finished, working spaces on site at festivals and stadium fanzones. The position is hybrid, based in London, with three days a week in the office.
What you'll do
- Turn restaurant, chef and brand collaborations into festival-ready site footprints once partners are handed over.
- Deliver on-site brand activations for sponsors and drinks partners.
- Develop reusable Togather-owned concepts and dwell areas, including site plans, mood boards and capacity modelling.
- Prepare pre-event capital and operating budgets and post-event financial reports.
- Source and manage build, fit-out, prop, signage and production suppliers.
- Lead the site team through build, live delivery and de-rig, overseeing creative producers.
What you need
- A record of taking briefs through concept design, budgeting, supplier sourcing and on-site delivery.
- Comfort managing budgets across several projects at once.
- Health and Safety qualification; a Personal Licence and full UK driving licence are preferred.
- Available for regular evening, weekend and bank holiday work, overnight stays and outdoor work in all weathers.
Schedule
The live events season runs broadly from April to September, with regular evening, weekend and bank holiday work. Extended on-site periods, including overnight stays, are part of the role.
