Lead Event Producer

Overview

Togather is recruiting a Lead Event Producer in London to plan and deliver food and drink operations at large public and private events. The role combines supplier coordination, budget control, on-site delivery and post-event reporting, with line management of junior colleagues. Hybrid working with three days a week in the office is offered.

What you'll do

• Lead event briefs from contract signing through to live delivery and post-event reporting for high-value, production-heavy client events.
• Prepare health and safety documentation and risk assessments that meet legal and best-practice standards.
• Coordinate food and drink suppliers to meet client expectations while keeping to budget.
• Produce post-event data packs for clients and recommend operational improvements.
• Line manage junior team members and support the onboarding of new hires.
• Build client and supplier relationships and attend industry events to identify new business.

What you need

• At least five years of event management and production experience in the events industry.
• Experience with food and drink suppliers at large outdoor or experiential events is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site during weekends, late nights and early mornings.
• Strong organisational skills, Excel proficiency and the ability to learn new online tools quickly.

Schedule

Predominantly office-based with frequent on-site work, often during holidays, weekends and outside standard 9-5 hours.
