Event Producer

Overview

Togather is recruiting an Event Producer in London to plan and deliver food and drink across mid-scale live events, including the Burgess Park Shows and smaller camping festivals. The role is mainly office-based, with on-site work on event days.

What you'll do

• Own food and drink delivery for assigned events, from contract sign-off through to post-event reporting.
• Coordinate suppliers, contracting, site plans, briefings and accreditation during event advancing.
• Prepare health and safety documentation and risk assessments for each event.
• Look for ways to grow supplier revenue and cross-sell across the events portfolio.
• Produce post-event data packs and reports for clients.
• Keep records up to date in event management platforms and meet SLA milestones.
• Support the onboarding of new team members.

What you need

• At least five years in event management and production, ideally with food and drink suppliers at large outdoor events.
• Comfortable working on-site at public events, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Organised, tech-savvy and confident using spreadsheets.
• Commercially minded, with cross-sell and upsell skills.

Schedule

Event days involve evenings and weekends on site, with overtime and Time Off In Lieu available.
