Senior Event Producer

Overview

Togather is hiring a Senior Event Producer in London to plan and deliver food and drink operations at large public events such as festivals and stadium fanzones. The role covers supplier coordination, budget management and on-site delivery, with line management of junior team members. The work is mainly office-based, with frequent weekend and holiday on-site shifts.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and delivery of high-value, production-heavy events for key clients, from contract signing through to post-event reporting.
• Prepare health and safety documents and risk assessments that meet legal and industry standards.
• Coordinate food and drink suppliers and manage budgets to meet client expectations.
• Build post-event data packs for clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Onboard and mentor new team members and line manage junior colleagues.
• Represent the company at industry events, building relationships and spotting commercial opportunities.

What you need

• Five or more years of event management and production experience, ideally with food and drink suppliers at large outdoor events.
• Comfortable working on-site during weekends, late nights and early mornings.
• Highly organised and tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Schedule

Predominantly office-based with frequent on-site work, often during holidays and weekends, outside standard 9-5 hours. Flexible hours are supported through overtime and Time Off In Lieu arrangements.
