Summary

Live Nation is recruiting a box office ticket agent for its House of Blues San Diego venue. The role centres on in-person and phone ticket sales, cash handling and running the venue's ticket programme, with an hourly pay range of $17.75 to $20.00.

What you will do

• Handle cash, bank and check-out procedures
• Provide guest service in person and by phone
• Work the will call window
• Run the ticket programme on computer for sales
• Process opening and closing paperwork

Requirements

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering and customer service
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• High school diploma
• Previous ticketing experience is preferred
