VENUE ANCILLARY MANAGER

Summary

Live Nation is seeking a sales-focused manager to lead an ancillary sales team at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia. The part-time seasonal role runs from roughly April to November, mainly on event evenings, weekends and holidays, with pre- and post-event duties on non-event days. The role centres on growing revenue from VIP upgrades, parking, rentals and other upsells while maintaining a strong guest experience.

What you will do

• Lead, train and coach the ancillary sales team on show days
• Oversee upsell programmes such as VIP upgrades, premier parking and lawn chair rentals
• Analyse concert data and guest feedback to adjust pricing and sales approaches
• Maintain ancillary product inventory across the season and reconcile day-of-show sales
• Work with the box office team on inventory, pricing and guest issues

Requirements

• Sales-driven mindset focused on increasing revenue
• Strong data analysis skills to spot trends and refine sales tactics
• Experience leading and motivating a small team
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods outdoors in all weather and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability for all events and necessary duties on non-event days
