Vibee - Seasonal Production & Operations Coordinator

Summary

Vibee, the destination experiences brand founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, is recruiting a seasonal coordinator to support project managers on onsite activations. The role covers schedules, venue opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day vendor coordination at events in Las Vegas.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily production schedules and keep them aligned with project timelines
• Liaise with venue managers on opening and closing procedures
• Oversee and track onsite vendors and their schedules
• Maintain records of materials, work orders and production outputs
• Manage inventory and coordinate procurement with the supply chain team

Requirements

• At least two years' experience in event production, venue operations or experiential activations
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Good communication and vendor coordination experience
• Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
• Familiarity with scheduling or timekeeping platforms
