Summary

Live Nation is recruiting a Premium Operations Supervisor for the Club and premium seating areas at Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston. The role reports to the venue General Manager and works with the Premium Seat Sales team to deliver premium guest services on show nights. Pay is hourly at $17.60 to $22.00 USD.

What you will do

Recruit and train night-of-show premium staff such as hosts, greeters, ticket takers and security
Lead and manage a team of 10 or more delivering premium hospitality
Run pre-shift meetings and allocate duties across boxes, club seats and entrances
Monitor premium locations during shows and check boxes are within capacity
Lead post-show recaps and pass feedback to Premium Seat Sales and operations teams
Liaise with the Box Office Manager on ticket issues during shows

Requirements

Flexibility to work long weekday and weekend hours, covering around 80% of shows in season
Organisation and scheduling experience
Ability to communicate with leadership and solve problems in real time
Sound judgement, tact and diplomacy
Ability to lift, stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures
