VIP Staff- Buckhead Theatre

Overview

This VIP Staff role at Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta centers on selling premium seating and looking after VIP guests at live music shows. It suits a sales-minded guest relations professional who can also cover special events and other Live Nation-operated venues in the city.

What you'll do

• Sell opera boxes, bottle service and reserved stools ahead of each show and work toward a monthly sales target.
• Upsell available VIP seating to concertgoers during performances.
• Act as the point of contact for VIP clients on their venue experience, arrival timing and showtimes.
• Recognize Foundation Room members, executives and VIP guests to acknowledge their patronage.
• Coordinate night-of-show operations with the operations director, servers and security.
• Monitor boxes and reserved stools to keep guest service consistent.
• Work occasional special events and cover other Live Nation-operated Atlanta venues when needed.

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures and guest relations.
• Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
• Ability to defuse tense situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work across multiple venues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, loud environment and lift up to 25 lbs.

Schedule

Presence is required at every show, with a flexible schedule and occasional special events across Live Nation venues in Atlanta.
