Account Executive, Event Branding & Signage (Motorsports)

Overview

This Account Executive role sits within the Motorsports team at the Orpington office, with some on-site time at client events. It covers the full life cycle of branded events, signage and live event delivery for sports properties and brands. Work includes project planning, budgeting and on-site coordination.

What you'll do

• Plan projects from feasibility review through to delivery, including budgets, pricing and supplier quotes.
• Support creative development by researching ideas that can be delivered within set parameters.
• Manage artwork requests and client approvals.
• Coordinate staff and contractors on site during event delivery.
• Prepare job sheets, schedules, client presentations and reports.
• Help create risk assessments and method statements, and check that suppliers follow agreed safety processes.

What you need

• Experience in event management or on-site project delivery is preferred.
• Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to juggle several deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 14 days at a time.
• Occasional weekend and unsociable hours to support event delivery.
