Senior Account Manager, Event Branding & Signage (Motorsports)

Overview

This senior account management role sits in the Motorsports team at the Orpington office and leads the delivery of signage and branding projects for motorsport clients. The post combines office-based planning with on-site work at client venues and periods of international travel.

What you'll do

• Act as the senior day-to-day contact for clients and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
• Create project and signage programmes, budgets and documentation against client deadlines.
• Coordinate complex logistics and schedule capacity with studio, production and logistics teams.
• Manage on-site crews and liaise with stakeholders during installations.
• Control budgets, pricing and payment schedules alongside the account and associate directors.
• Line manage team members and support knowledge sharing across the business.
• Ensure health and safety processes and contract KPIs are met.

What you need

• Strong project management background across operational planning and delivery to tight timeframes.
• Proven commercial skills, including budgeting, pricing and cost control.
• Relationship management and negotiation skills with clients and decision makers.
• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 14 days at a time.
• Flexibility for occasional unsociable hours, including weekend work.
