Overview
Live Nation is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for its Punch Line Philly venue in Philadelphia. The role oversees daily and nightly box office operations, including ticket sales, scanning and will call, and supports staff training and cash handling.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily and nightly box office operations and support box office staff
- Balance seller cash drawers and reconcile ticket sales for each event
- Manage ticket inventory, pricing initiatives and daily ticket counts
- Lead staff training, evaluations and recruitment in line with company guidelines
- Handle band settlements and coordinate with ticketing and venue departments
What you need
- Experience in box office or ticketing management
- Experience handling cash
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma
- Preferred: experience in a live venue environment
