C3 Presents - Premium Client Services Intern

Overview

This paid, part-time internship with C3 Presents, the festival producer owned by Live Nation, is based in Austin, Texas. The intern supports sales, accounts, operations and member teams on festival and premium client programs. The role includes helping deliver Premium Client Services activity at the Two Step Inn Festival in April 2027.

What you'll do

• Support the sales and accounts team with client communications, social media and client presentations.
• Help the operations team prepare festival collateral, order supplies and assist with staff uniforms.
• Maintain the member portal by adding events, drafting blog content and supporting member communications.
• Help develop client and member creative collateral and gifting ideas.
• Assist with planning and on-site delivery of Premium Client Services programs at the Two Step Inn Festival in April 2027.

What you need

• Enthusiasm for the live entertainment industry.
• Ability to juggle tasks across several teams, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability in the Austin office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and a personal laptop.

Schedule

Part-time, 15–25 hours per week, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday at the Austin office. The internship runs from 19 January 2027 to 6 May 2027, with festival support in April 2027.
