LN Concerts, Regional Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary)

Overview

This temporary part-time role supports the regional marketing team for Live Nation Concerts across Texas, with offices listed in Dallas, Austin and Houston. The work centres on concert promotion, covering artist and audience research, partner coordination and show marketing. The contract is expected to run through late April or early May 2027.

What you'll do

• Support the regional marketing team with artist and audience research and marketing asset delivery to partners.
• Code and process incoming advertising invoices and payments.
• Compile advertising settlement reports for locally booked shows.
• Coordinate promotional ticket delivery with regional marketing partners.
• Help with grassroots campaigns, including ordering printed materials and shipping them.
• Assist the local sponsorship and PR teams with annual recaps and show information for press releases.
• Enter show marketing data into internal tools and provide day-of-show coverage when needed.

What you need

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least one year of event assisting or planning, or marketing, in an entertainment, sports or public assembly setting.
• Music knowledge, with event planning or concert or sports marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, and to travel as needed.

Schedule

Extended hours, including weekends and evenings, are required as dictated by show dates and deadlines.
