Overview

What you'll do

• Manage venue budgets, food and beverage costs including liquor, and labor spend through staffing and schedule planning.
• Supervise hourly staff and supervisors, including reviews, coaching, hiring and disciplinary records.
• Deliver training and oversee cross-training, including alcohol awareness certification classes in line with state, county and federal rules.
• Enforce service, health and safety standards, including walkthroughs and incident reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee private and special events against event specifications.
• Run daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings, handle liquor pulls and keep accurate accounting.

What you need

• Responsible alcohol awareness certification or an equivalent.
• 1-3 years of high-volume experience in fine dining, restaurant or club operations.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or operational management.
• High school diploma, plus Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and spend long periods standing, bending and stooping in a loud, fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: TIPS certification or a related college degree.

Schedule

Flexible hours covering days, nights and weekends in a fast-paced, noisy environment, with radio earpiece use required.
