What you'll do

• Balance and reconcile nightly ticket sales and cash drawers with the manager or supervisor.
• Serve customers in person and by phone, sharing knowledge of upcoming events, upgrades and pricing options.
• Run will call and guest list operations on show nights.
• Troubleshoot ticket transfers, barcode and account issues during events.
• Work with guest services on ADA ticket requirements and maintain ticket compliance.
• Operate the Ticketmaster host system and keep logs, ticket stock records and call-centre phone menus up to date.

What you need

• High school diploma.
• Cash handling knowledge and the ability to spot counterfeit cash or ID.
• Phone and in-person customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: ticket sales or live entertainment operations experience, and Ticketmaster host system experience.

Schedule

Shifts include days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opening and closing procedures. Some roles may require coverage at third-party venues offsite, including night-of-show management.
