Overview

This membership concierge role supports the Foundation Sales team at HOB Dallas, a Dallas venue within Live Nation's venues business. The role centers on member calls, records, reservations and coordinating quarterly member events.

What you'll do

Answer incoming calls for the Foundation Sales department.
Keep departmental files and maintain the membership database.
Produce membership reports and manage membership mailings.
Process ticket, retail and dinner reservation requests accurately and promptly.
Offer members extra concierge help, such as hotel, venue and show-ticket bookings.
Help coordinate quarterly member events.

What you need

Responsible alcohol awareness certification or an equivalent, plus any state or county licence required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with good time management and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
High school diploma; some college study is also listed.
Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a loud, fast-paced setting.
