Catering Bar Supervisor – Raymond James Stadium

Overview

Legends runs the food and beverage programme at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, covering game days, concerts and special events. This supervisory role leads bar service for catered events at the venue.

What you'll do

• Oversee bar setup, service and breakdown for catered events.
• Lead and coach a team of bartenders and bar attendants.
• Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with alcohol laws and company policy.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized and stocked before and during events.
• Manage opening and closing bar inventories, logging product usage and waste.
• Liaise with event operations and catering teams on guest needs.

What you need

• At least two years of bartending experience, ideally one year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Responsible Alcohol Service and Food Safety certifications, or the ability to obtain them.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Available nights, weekends and holidays, including Buccaneers and USF home games and major stadium events.

Schedule

Shifts run into nights, weekends and holidays, with availability needed for Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF home games and major stadium events.
