Suites Pantry Coordinator - Raymond James Stadium

Overview

Legends runs the food and beverage program at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Suites Pantry Coordinator supports event-day suite service for game days, concerts and special events, reporting to the Suites Manager.

What you'll do

• Organize and prepare suite orders so they are delivered accurately and on time on event days
• Monitor food temperatures and keep the suite pantry stocked and inventory controlled
• Enter event-day orders into the POS and reconcile advance suite orders
• Work with suite attendants to collect payment from each suite
• Keep the pantry, equipment and work areas clean, safe and sanitary
• Complete the reconciliation at the close of each event

What you need

• Two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
• Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certificates
• Availability for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major stadium events
• Ability to lift and push about 25 lbs and reach, bend and stoop repeatedly
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods across ramps, stairs and elevators
