Catering Expo – Raymond James Stadium

Overview

This Catering Expo role at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, supports game-day food and beverage operations for Legends, the stadium's hospitality partner. The position covers an assigned area or event during Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, USF games, concerts and special events.

What you'll do

• Run an assigned event area or station on game day.
• Lead the pre-shift briefing, sharing event details from the banquet event order.
• Confirm that ordered food reaches its designated location on time.
• Coordinate with runner and delivery supervisors so food reaches the correct spots.
• Monitor staff uniform, grooming and service standards.
• Log temperatures for hot boxes and coolers at the start, during and end of each event.
• Submit event documentation to the catering manager afterwards.

What you need

• At least one year in a food and beverage leadership role.
• Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Able to lift, push and pull about 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and push repeatedly over extended periods.
• Available for Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, USF games and major stadium events.

Schedule

Extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays, tied to game days, concerts and stadium events.
