Suites Manager | Raymond James Stadium

Overview

Legends Global is recruiting a Suites Manager to run premium suite operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The role covers game days, concerts and other special events at the NFL venue, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The post reports to the Director of Premium.

What you'll do

• Lead premium suite operations on game days, concerts and special events, setting guest service standards for staff.
• Develop and update premium menus, wine lists, and presentation and delivery standards.
• Liaise with front office, ownership, visiting teams and league representatives.
• Build relationships with multi-year suite holders and individual game renters.
• Manage labour and supply costs within budget and help prepare the annual budget and business plan.
• Run staff briefings, hiring and promotion in line with company hospitality standards, and check equipment condition.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years' management experience in contract foodservice.
• Premium services, catering or concessions experience at a sports or entertainment venue is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
