Overview

Live Nation Entertainment is recruiting casual event staff for security, ushering and ticket-taking at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta, Georgia. The role supports guest safety and service at concerts, with duties before, during and after each show.

What you'll do

• Patrol the venue and monitor entry and exit to protect guests, staff and property.
• Scan tickets, check passes and help guests find their seats.
• Answer guest questions, resolve complaints and guide people to exits in an emergency.
• Operate metal detection equipment to screen guests before restricted areas.
• Take part in recycling and waste sorting, and help close the venue after each show.
• Write reports on incidents such as property damage or unauthorized access.

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Over one year of guest service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication, with tact and sound judgment.
• Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs and lift and carry 25 lbs or more.
• US work authorization that does not require employer visa sponsorship.

Schedule

Duties cover the period before, during and after each show, including closing the venue at the end of the event.
