Summary
Fever is recruiting a full-time Event Producer for its Fever Originals team in Bogota to deliver high-quality live experiences. The role oversees third-party production, budgets and partner relationships for Latin American projects, with hybrid working listed.
What you will do
- Manage technical and administrative production processes, including logistics, vendor selection and wrap-up
- Assess technical riders and propose changes within budget targets
- Build and maintain production budgets and close event P&Ls
- Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers
- Develop long-term national deals to support geographic expansion
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in event production
- Theatre or stage management experience preferred
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate multiple event elements
- Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes
