Summary
Fever is recruiting a Regional Manager for Colombia, based in its Bogota office. The role leads a team that develops, launches and runs original live events, sets regional strategy and owns the regional P&L. The post is office-based Monday to Thursday with Fridays possibly remote.
What you will do
- Build and manage a Colombian originals team of project managers, producers and location scouts
- Set the regional growth strategy and manage the regional P&L
- Manage major local partners and close business deals
- Define how experiences can scale to other cities
- Report performance weekly, monthly and quarterly, and coach local team members
Requirements
- 10+ years in project management, startup or consulting
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with large team management experience
- Advanced commercial negotiation skills for high-value partner deals
- Event production background is not sought
