Summary
This seasonal hourly role with Insomniac, part of Live Nation, supports the installation and dismantling of VIP design elements for Countdown SoCal New Year's Eve 2026 in San Bernardino, California. Crew work onsite under the VIP Production Manager, handling set construction, carpentry and material handling. Applicants must already hold US work authorisation without sponsorship.
What you will do
- Load in and load out VIP design elements and props
- Install custom environments by following detailed drawings
- Carry out carpentry, painting, repairs and upkeep of VIP assets
- Assist the VIP decor and lighting teams and third-party vendors
- Operate utility vehicles and lifting equipment with appropriate certification
Requirements
- At least two years of art department or carpentry experience
- Festival or film production experience is preferred
- Own basic hand and power tool kit
- Valid driver licence and US passport
- Able to walk constantly, climb stairs and lift up to 75lbs
