Summary

Insomniac, a festival and events producer within Live Nation, is recruiting a seasonal Production Coordinator to support its procurement team. The role covers vendor sourcing, contracting, invoicing and cost analysis for large-scale festival production, with a hybrid mix of office, remote and on-site event work.

What you will do

• Support the procurement team with purchase requests and vendor proposals through RFQs
• Coordinate the end-to-end vendor contracting process, including insurance, credentials and site logistics
• Audit invoices and purchase orders and help arrange vendor payments
• Evaluate vendors on delivery, quality of service and price competitiveness
• Organise project schedules, spend data and cost comparisons in spreadsheets

Requirements

• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formula work
• Previous purchasing or vendor relations experience
• Comfort working in loud, busy and fast-paced environments
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays around events
• OSHA-10 and forklift certification would be an advantage
