What you will do

• Coordinate festival site production, advance work and vendor orders with the Site Production Manager
• Create and manage site ops crew labour schedules and budgets
• Track project timelines and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage P-Card reporting, forecasts and post-show invoice reconciliation
• Manage seasonal staff rosters, onboarding and timekeeping with HR

Requirements

• At least four years of event project management or related experience
• Knowledge of production, site build and heavy equipment
• Ability to supervise groups of staff and work independently
• Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, Airtable, Asana and Dropbox
• Ability to travel for several weeks at a time
