Summary

Insomniac is recruiting a seasonal Inventory Coordinator for its Elevated Experiences department in Las Vegas. The role supports the planning, tracking and movement of festival gear across multiple shows, from warehouse pulls to load-out and return.

What you will do

• Prepare and complete warehouse pullsheets ready for load-out
• Maintain an accurate inventory tracking system across the event lifecycle
• Flag damaged, missing or unusable gear for repair, replacement or disposal
• Coordinate trucking, manifests and scheduling for transport to and from shows
• Support load-in and load-out to ensure inventory is placed and logged correctly

Requirements

• Experience in project management for live events
• Working knowledge of inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on festival sites for extended periods
• Comfortable with loud, busy and temperature-variable environments
