Vibee - Seasonal Production & Operations Coordinator

Summary

Vibee, the destination experience brand founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, is recruiting a seasonal coordinator to support onsite activations in Las Vegas. The role supports project managers with daily schedules, vendor coordination and venue opening and closing procedures, working alongside the CX and onsite operations teams.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily production schedules and keep records of materials, work orders and outputs
• Liaise with venue managers on opening and closing procedures
• Oversee onsite vendors and track their scheduling and delivery
• Support inventory and procurement needs alongside the supply chain team
• Help enforce cleanliness, safety and brand standards across the space

Requirements

• At least two years' experience in event production, venue operations or experiential activations
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
• Good communication and vendor coordination experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
• Familiarity with scheduling or timekeeping platforms, with TCP experience an advantage
