Investor Programme Manager

Summary

Tahaluf, a Saudi B2B and B2C events organiser, is recruiting an Investor Programme Manager to build and deliver the investor programme for Cityscape West. The role covers recruiting and qualifying family offices, UHNWIs and private investors, and running curated investor experiences such as roundtables, site visits and private meetings. Relocation support, family visa costs and Arabic language ability are noted as advantages.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify and recruit family offices, UHNWIs and private capital sources across KSA, the GCC and internationally
• Build relationships with senior investment decision-makers
• Facilitate introductions between investors and developers, project owners and government stakeholders
• Deliver investor roundtables, dinners, site visits, 1:1 meetings and VIP networking
• Manage the investor journey from outreach through post-event follow-up and maintain the investor pipeline

Requirements

• Significant proven experience in investor relations, real estate, private wealth, family offices, business development or investment events
• Experience engaging family offices, UHNWIs or senior financial decision-makers
• Strong relationship-building, networking and business development skills
• Commercial understanding of investment mandates, ticket sizes and investor requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic strongly preferred
