What you will do
- Onboard speakers for Money20/20 USA and bespoke events, covering speaker hub, registration, profiles and session coordination
- Work with marketing and product teams to keep speaker content accurate across web, email, social and app
- Manage the speakers inbox across the show cycle and support global shows
- Run speaker gifts, exclusive experiences and the speakers lounge onsite
- Lead post-show deliverables such as speaker feedback, testimonials and event photos
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Strong planning, prioritisation and detail focus
- Calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work alternative hours across time zones
