Overview

This Chula Vista, California role is a maintenance position at a Live Nation concert venue, combining cleaning and facility upkeep with repairs to production equipment. The post supports show readiness and the fan experience across live music events.

What you'll do

• Keep the venue clean and safe, including restrooms, guest areas and restocking supplies.
• Support the venue's sustainability work, such as waste sorting and recycling collection.
• Carry out emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment before and during shows.
• Complete preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
• Help close the venue after events by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
• Read manuals and work orders, diagnose faults, and replace or repair parts.

What you need

• High school diploma or GED plus a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent years of education and production maintenance experience.
• An associate degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Able to work independently and stay highly motivated.
• Regular walking, stair climbing and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lb or more, with occasional sitting.

Pay

Pay is $16.90 to $20.00 USD per hour, based on factors such as market location, qualifications and experience.
