What you'll do
- Welcome guests, scan tickets on entry and help them locate their seats.
- Support will call and guest list operations on show nights.

- Prepare merchandise displays before shows and help manage stock.
- Observe a concert load-in or load-out.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-focused approach.
- Reliable transport to concert venues across the city.
- Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift and carry 25+ lbs, and sit occasionally, indoors and outdoors.
- Quick to learn in a changing environment and willing to work across venue departments.
Schedule
Some duties fall on concert nights, so this role includes evening work at the venue.
Pay
Pay is $17.00 to $19.20 USD per hour.
