LN Venues, Director of Premium Sales & Services Regional Business Development - Washington D.C.

Overview

This Director of Premium Sales & Services role leads regional business development for premium season, group, membership and hospitality packages across amphitheater, ballroom and club venues. The position is based in Washington, D.C., within an assigned region, and reports to the Regional Director. It centres on winning new customers through appointments, calls, campaigns and virtual presentations.

What you'll do

• Prospect new clients through in-person meetings, calls, email campaigns and virtual presentations to sell season and group packages.
• Meet activity, appointment and revenue targets while keeping guest expectations high.
• Work with the CRM director on new opportunities and assigned campaigns.
• Generate and follow up leads, including those from the premium ticket website, and maintain an active pipeline.
• Attend selected shows alongside the premium sales team to meet current and prospective guests.
• Record customer interactions in KORE and Salesforce.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in sports or entertainment management, business or a related field.
• Five to ten years of B2B sales experience, ideally in premium seats, sponsorship, media or sports marketing.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing a sales funnel under pressure across multiple properties.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach; experience with Archtics and KORE/Salesforce is an advantage.

Schedule

Some duties involve covering specific shows to meet guests during events.

Pay

Expected compensation is $65,000 to $82,000 USD, based on factors including market location, qualifications and experience.
