PR Specialist

Overview

This hybrid PR and Communications Specialist role at Fever, a live entertainment technology platform, is based in Seoul. It covers external communications, media relations and support for press and special events. The post suits a communications professional with several years of PR, media or journalism experience.

What you'll do

• Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, Q&As and fact sheets, and coordinate their approval
• Keep daily contact with journalists, responding to enquiries, pitching stories and arranging interviews
• Help organise press events, influencer activations and stakeholder meetings
• Track media coverage, maintain media lists and build reporting dashboards
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, summarising insights for the team
• Keep messaging consistent across paid, earned, shared and owned channels, working with marketing, brand, legal and product teams

What you need

• Three to five years' experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations or journalism
• Strong written and verbal English
• Familiarity with media databases, monitoring platforms and CMS or social media tools
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Nice to have: agency, startup or media background, and knowledge of crisis communication or reputation management
