Overview
Fever is seeking a freelance Event Manager for confirmed Candlelight concerts in Las Vegas, with the listing also covering Texas. The role supports live music events through supplier coordination, operational paperwork and remote guidance for on-site teams.
What you'll do
- Book and coordinate third-party vendors and suppliers for each confirmed concert with Fever's contacts.
- Prepare run sheets and other operational documents for each experience.
- Give remote operational guidance to on-site teams during event execution.
- Develop and deliver training materials for Event Leads.
- Buy operational supplies when needed, such as batteries and instant film.
- Prepare and deliver post-experience reports under the agreed reporting requirements.
What you need
- Experience coordinating third-party suppliers and writing event operations documents.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet agreed deadlines for confirmed events.
- Comfortable providing remote operational support during live event delivery.
