Overview
Fever Originals is recruiting a senior producer in Buenos Aires to run complex live entertainment experiences built in permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces. The role covers production from concept through to post-event wrap-up, with delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard. It is hybrid and coordinates internal teams, partners and external vendors.
What you'll do
- Oversee production from initial concept through on-site delivery and post-event close-out
- Validate site logistics through planning sessions, venue scouting and site visits
- Coordinate creative, technical, operations and vendor teams across projects
- Build, track and reconcile production budgets, including contracts and purchase orders
- Maintain production documentation, schedules and handover materials
- Lead team and client meetings and present to senior stakeholders and partners
What you need
- 5+ years in event production, live entertainment, media or experiential marketing
- Proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong grasp of production logistics, scheduling and vendor coordination
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet or Gantt charts
- Bilingual English fluency preferred
