Overview
This growth strategy role, based in Madrid with a hybrid set-up, focuses on expanding a live entertainment and ticketing platform across India. The manager would lead business planning and key partner work, combining data, marketing and business development. The platform supports event creators and cultural experiences, including concerts and attractions.
What you'll do
- Set and lead the business plan for priority expansion areas and partners in India, including localised revenue optimisation.
- Advise top-tier strategic partners, using platform data and technology to support their growth.
- Turn complex data into business cases and deliver projects that move CAC, LTV and ROI.
- Streamline cross-functional workflows and new business streams so operations scale efficiently.
- Work with regional general managers to build cases for local marketing and technology needs.
What you need
- At least 4-6 years in an analytical business role, with consulting, fast-growing startup or investment banking experience valued.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics or strategy.
- Fluent English and Hindi.
- Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders and present data-led narratives; SQL, Python or R preferred.
