Vibee - Seasonal Fan Experience Concierge Coordinator

Overview

Vibee, the destination fan experience brand founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, is hiring a seasonal concierge coordinator for its Las Vegas events. The hybrid role combines in-person guest check-in at concert packages with remote handling of fan queries by phone, email and chat. It suits someone comfortable in busy live-event settings who enjoys solving guest issues.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests on arrival, verify identification, and issue credentials, gift bags or package items.
• Collect waivers and releases linked to guest packages before admission.
• Share background on the artist, package details and the concert.
• Handle high volumes of calls, emails, texts and chats during remote hours.
• Resolve ticketing, hotel and technical problems, or pass them to the right team.

What you need

• At least one year of guest service, hospitality, ticketing or live-event experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with willingness to learn new systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and cope with loud, crowded venues and variable temperatures.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Schedule

Onsite shifts fall on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with evening and weekend work as needed. Remote hours are flexible, up to 30 hours a week with at least 8 in person.

Pay

Listed pay is $20 to $22 USD.
