Vibee - Senior Production Manager

Overview

This senior production role sits within Vibee's Global Experiences team, which creates curated activations, bespoke festival packages and destination events. Based in Las Vegas, the post leads project and production managers from concept through to on-site delivery, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Experiences.

What you'll do

• Guide project and production managers through planning, timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Own event budgets from approval through to tracking and reporting.
• Oversee contracts, permits and licensing documentation with the team.
• Select and manage agencies and production partners.
• Help build labor schedules and support seasonal staff hiring and training.
• Coordinate with fan experience, marketing, legal and finance teams.

What you need

• At least 10 years leading large-scale live events, festivals, conventions or brand activations.
• At least 5 years managing a team of five or more.
• Experience managing budgets and several overlapping projects.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in event management, live entertainment, hospitality, music business, marketing or communications; PMP is a plus.
• Comfortable with loud noise, extreme temperatures and some lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• Valid US work authorization, as sponsorship is not offered.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours may be required to support event schedules.
