Vibee - Seasonal Project Manager

Overview

Vibee, the destination experiences brand founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, is hiring a contract project manager for a fixed-term role of up to six months in Las Vegas. The role supports planning and delivery of curated fan experiences and festival integrations, reporting to the President and Senior Vice President, Business Operations.

What you'll do

• Track project timelines and progress, and update key stakeholders.
• Help build labour schedules and budgets with the Senior Producer and production team.
• Coordinate on-site schedules and task lists for builds and strikes.
• Prepare day sheets, dispatch guides and other site documents.
• Support the seasonal staff roster, onboarding and timekeeping with HR.
• Assist with cash spending reports, expense tracking and invoice reconciliation after events.

What you need

• Three to five years in live event production or project coordination, with large-scale events an advantage.
• Experience using project tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable and Asana.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced teams.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and support on-site event tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel to event sites.
• US work authorization, as sponsorship is not offered.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours are required as needed to support event schedules, with busy, noisy production environments during builds and events.

Pay

Pay is $25-35 per hour USD.
