PT Operations Supervisor- St Andrews Hall

Overview

This part-time Operations Supervisor role is based at St Andrews Hall in Detroit, a live music venue run by Live Nation Entertainment. The post supports day-of-show operations, guest service and security coordination during concerts and special events.

What you'll do

• Lead pre-shift briefings and pass management instructions on to the team.
• Respond to escalated guest and staff concerns, including VIP, meet-and-greet and seat-upgrade inquiries.
• Work alongside the operations manager and security supervisor to keep service standards on track.
• Complete incident reports, gather witness statements and support ejection logs.
• Maintain sightlines and security across guest areas and back-of-house, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Carry out opening, running and closing duties in line with company policy.

What you need

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness certification or an equivalent state qualification.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub or live venue operations.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills; prior live music experience is preferred.

Schedule

Day-of-show duties and scheduled special events throughout the venue.
