Summary
Live Nation is advertising a venue housekeeping role at its Wantagh venue in New York. The post combines keeping the venue clean and safe with repairing and maintaining production equipment during shows, and helping to close the venue after events. The hourly pay range is 17 to 18 US dollars.
What you will do
- Keep restrooms, guest areas and work areas clean, safe and stocked
- Carry out emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment
- Support the venue sustainability programme, including waste sorting and recycling
- Help close the venue after shows, collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and preventive maintenance on venue machinery and facilities
Requirements
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Constant walking and climbing stairs
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more
- Occasional sitting
