Vibee - Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Vibee creates destination fan experiences and festival packages, founded by Live Nation and Insomniac. This hybrid marketing coordinator role is based in the Las Vegas office, with on-site work at event locations supporting campaigns for live music events.

What you'll do

• Help the marketing team plan and deliver campaigns across events.
• Keep marketing tasks and project timelines up to date in Asana.
• Compile performance reports from Google Analytics and research audience and artist demographics.
• Audit and manage marketing assets across channels and coordinate email campaigns.
• Create basic social media graphics and promotional materials, and capture on-site photos and video.
• Help gather quotes, track expenses and support invoice reconciliation under marketing leadership.

What you need

• Experience in marketing or project coordination, with large-scale event or travel marketing as an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Airtable, Freshdesk and Asana.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation, plus basic graphic design skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines in fast-paced, noisy event settings.
• Able to handle occasional physical tasks, such as lifting up to 20 pounds, and willing to travel to event sites.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours are needed at times to support event schedules, including on-site work at event locations.

Pay

Hourly pay is listed at $20.00 to $25.00 USD per hour.
