Overview

This three-month fixed-term role in Paris supports the in-house design office of WSN, which organises fashion, design and lingerie trade shows. The post centres on AutoCAD layouts for stands, furniture, signage and technical services ahead of major shows planned for January 2027.

What you'll do

• Produce floor plans in AutoCAD covering space allocation, stand positions, furniture, signage and electrical distribution.
• Send base plans and technical briefs to suppliers and partners.
• Receive supplier execution drawings and check them against event requirements and site constraints.
• Update plans in response to feedback until the final build version is issued.

What you need

• Expert AutoCAD skills, with fluency expected from the start.
• Experience in a design office, ideally in events, space fit-out, scenography or architecture.
• Meticulous attention to detail for checking supplier drawings.
• Strong organisation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• English language listed as a requirement.
