Responsable Technique Événementiel – Salons Mode & Design H/F

Overview

This permanent role in Paris leads the technical preparation, layout and on-site delivery of fashion and design trade shows run by WSN Développement. The post reports to the Operations Directorate and covers suppliers, budgets and exhibitor support across each event.

What you'll do

• Lead overall show preparation, aligned with the concept and budget of each event
• Buy and coordinate technical and logistics services for exhibitors and organisers
• Produce and update floor plans and layouts in AutoCAD, adjusting them as stands are sold
• Supervise build-up, on-site service quality, and dismantling, including condition reports
• Manage and track event budgets, then produce technical and budget reviews after each show

What you need

• Significant experience organising large trade fairs
• Advanced AutoCAD skills for event layout and design
• Knowledge of ERP standards and event safety rules
• Experience managing technical and logistics teams, including contractors
• Ability to handle urgent issues and make quick decisions
